Updated October birthdays

It's time to update our October birthdays now that William Gage has been born. 

Between the two families, there are five grandchildren born in the month of October. 

The Bates family have three grandchildren: Bradley (October 29th), Kenna (October 17th), and William (October 30th).

The Duggar family have two grandchildren: Mackynzie (October 8th) and Madyson (October 23rd).
