Josh and Anna's little boy is now 8 months old. I don't believe that he can already be at this age. It's like in 4 months he will be a year old.

A Duggar Grandbaby in heaven
Back when Mackynzie was four months old, Josh and Anna learned that they were expecting their second child. Sadly a few days later, Anna miscarried that baby.

Meet the Duggar grandchildren
The Duggar family has two grandchildren as of right now.
Mackynzie just turned two in October 2011.
Michael just turned nine months old on January 15, 2012.
